OPERADORA SWINGEE SAPI de C.V., operating under the commercial name Premier Travel Club, part of the "Original Group" business group, located at Km 3.5 Boulevard Kukulcán, Hotel Zone, Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico, C.P. 77500, is responsible for the processing, use, and protection of personal data provided in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Purposes of Data Processing

The personal data requested is necessary to provide the service you have requested and will be used for the following:

  • Evaluation of the quality of service we offer

In addition, for the purposes disclosed in this privacy notice, we will use the following sensitive and/or financial personal information requiring special protection: Credit cardholder name, card number, expiration date, card type (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and security code. For suppliers, we need bank account details such as: bank name, account holder name, account number, and routing number (CLABE).

ARCO Rights

You have the right to know what personal data we hold, how it is used, and the conditions of its use (Access); request correction of your information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); request deletion of your data from our records or databases if you believe it is not being used in accordance with the principles and obligations stipulated in the regulation (Cancellation); and object to the use of your data for specific purposes (Opposition). These are known as ARCO rights.

Your request must contain and be accompanied by the following:

  3. Clear description of your request, the right you wish to exercise, or if you wish to limit the use of your information, access your personal data, and/or revoke your consent;
  4. Clear and precise description of the personal data authorized by you;
  5. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of your personal data;
  6. A notarized power of attorney (POA) signed by two witnesses (copy of an official ID with photo and signature of the grantor and the acceptor) if the person is an agent promoting or representing the data subject.

If you are requesting the correction of your personal data, you must indicate the changes to be made and provide the necessary documentation to support your request.

Revocation of Consent

You may revoke your consent for the use of your personal data if it was not previously authorized. However, please note that your request may not be eligible in all cases, nor result in the immediate termination of the use of your personal data, as sometimes it is a legal obligation to continue using this information. Please note that, in certain cases, the withdrawal of consent does not mean we cannot continue providing the requested service or terminate your relationship with us.

The deadline for following up on your request is provided in Article 32 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. It states: No more than twenty business days from the date the request is received to inform the contractor of the decision taken, so that, if applicable, it can be assigned within fifteen days following the communication of the response, allowing the extension of the mentioned deadlines once for a period, provided it is justified by the circumstances.

To limit the use and disclosure of your personal data, we offer the following: Registration in the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising, which records that your personal information may not be used for advertising or commercial promotion of goods or services by the CJF on the website http://rpc.profeco.gob.mx, or call from Mexico, Guadalajara, and Monterrey: 96 28 00 00, and the rest of Mexico: 01 800 962 8000.
