1. Agreement
This travel membership will provide the member with temporary access to the booking engine of our service provider(s) (Alfendo Ltd), who are solely responsible for the services offered therein. Through V1P Travel Club, the member may obtain preferential rates in a wide range of hotels around the world. All contracted services are subject to the reservation, refund, and cancellation policies established by the final service provider. All services offered are subject to availability; therefore, neither availability nor prices can be guaranteed.
2. Membership activation and renewal
The membership will be activated within a maximum period of 10 days after the purchase date and will be valid for 6 months from its activation date. Upon expiration of this period, the member must pay an annual fee to V1P Travel Club in order to continue using the membership.
3. Annual fee payments
The system will send an automatic reminder for upcoming annual fee payments 7 days before the renewal deadline, as well as on the day the membership annual payment is due, to the registered email address.
Payment method: payments are processed securely through Openpay, ensuring a safe and efficient transaction experience. V1P Travel Club will not have access to or store the credit card data used by the member for annual payments or for reservation payments made through the booking engine of the service provider (Alfendo Ltd.) At any time.
Important note: the member should be aware that their bank may charge a fee when using a credit card (mastercard or visa) for international transactions.
4. Cancellation policy
If the member wishes to cancel their membership, they must submit a cancellation request via email to customerservice@v1ptravelclub.com. Once the membership is cancelled, the member will no longer be entitled to access the booking engine. If the member wishes to rejoin V1P Travel Club, they must acquire a membership with the corresponding Vacation Club or purchase a cabin on any Original Cruises sailing.
5. Reservations
The member must make their reservation through the assigned booking engine and pay the corresponding amounts in order to obtain confirmation of the contracted services. V1P Travel Club acts only as an agent between the member and the service provider.
6. Services provided by the travel intermediary or the final services provider
Services provided by the travel intermediary or the final services provider. The member acknowledges and agrees that V1P Travel Club is not directly responsible for the provision of any service contracted with the travel intermediary or the final services provider, nor is it in any way related to the amounts paid and/or the terms and conditions of the contracted service. The member must take into account the conditions and policies established by the destination hotel or company, which may include periods of use, prepayment schedules, and cancellation policies, as specified by the respective service provider.
7. Contact information
The member agrees to provide the contact information that V1P Travel Club, the travel intermediary, and/or the final services provider may require in order to adequately provide the mentioned travel services. This information will be protected under applicable laws and may not be shared with another entity without the owner's authorization.
8. Authorized use
It is prohibited to use the V1P Travel Club membership for commercial purposes. The member must limit its use to the individuals designated as membership holders with the travel intermediary and/or the final services provider. The V1P Travel Club membership will be immediately canceled if used by the member for commercial purposes (including, but not limited to, sharing information or benefits about V1P Travel Club pricing with third parties), either directly or through publications on electronic media, including social networks. No refunds will be issued for memberships canceled due to non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
